Terms of Use for “Love Questions for Couples”

1. Introduction

Welcome to Love Questions for Couples (the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals who are legally permitted to make purchases through the Apple App Store in their respective regions. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so.

3. App Content & Usage

The App provides curated question categories and interactive couple-communication tools for personal use only. All App content—including questions, texts, layout, design, and visuals—is protected by copyright.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or copy the App’s content.
Modify or reverse-engineer the App.
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers both one-time and auto-renewable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Payments, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store.

Weekly Subscription – $3.99
Annual Subscription – $14.99
Lifetime Unlock – $24.99 (one-time)

All products unlock the same premium content: All categories, unlimited favorites, and sharing cards.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

One-Time Purchases

The Lifetime purchase unlocks all premium features permanently on any device using the same Apple ID. This product does not renew automatically.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you can restore past purchases using the “Restore Purchases” button inside the App.

5. Refunds

All refunds are processed by Apple, not by the developer. To request a refund, visit:

6. Data & Privacy

The App collects minimal data necessary to operate, such as anonymous identifiers and purchase status through RevenueCat. No personally identifiable data is collected inside the App. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, visual assets, and source code in the App are owned by the developer. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Losses related to device issues, data corruption, or App Store failures.
Interruptions in subscription verification caused by Apple or RevenueCat outages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
