Thank you for using Love Questions for Couples (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

We respect your privacy and process only the minimum amount of data required to provide the App’s core features, including access to question categories and in-app purchases managed through RevenueCat. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

The App is designed to work without requiring you to create a personal account or provide your real name, email address or phone number inside the App. We do not ask you to enter personally identifying details directly in the App.

2.1. Anonymous Identifiers

To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases, the App uses:

• An anonymous app-specific user identifier generated by the App/RevenueCat.
• A RevenueCat customer identifier, which is pseudonymous and used only to link your purchases to your device or App Store account.
• Standard Apple in-app purchase identifiers (product identifiers, transaction IDs generated by Apple).

These identifiers do not include your real name, email address, or phone number.

2.2. Purchase & Subscription Data

When you buy or restore a purchase, Apple and RevenueCat may process:

• Product identifier (for example: Lifetime, Weekly, Annual).
• Purchase date, renewal status and expiration date.
• Country or region of the App Store.
• Information about whether a purchase was refunded or cancelled (if applicable).

We do not see or store your full payment information (such as credit card numbers). Payments are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store.

2.3. Basic App Usage Data

To keep the App functional and improve stability, we may collect limited technical information, such as:

• Device model and operating system version.
• App version and basic interaction events (for example, which premium features were unlocked).
• Crash information and performance diagnostics.

This data is generally aggregated or pseudonymous and is used solely to maintain and improve the App.

2.4. Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us by email at ilushazs@icloud.com, we will receive your email address and any other information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request or support question.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above for the following purposes:

• To provide core functionality of the App, such as unlocking all categories, favorites and sharing cards for users with active purchases.
• To verify and restore purchases, including:
  • Lifetime – $24.99
  • Weekly – $3.99
  • Annual – $14.99
  All these products unlock: all categories, favorites & share cards.
• To maintain subscription status via RevenueCat and Apple.
• To fix bugs and improve performance using aggregated usage and crash data.
• To respond to your support requests or questions.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. Apple App Store & In-App Purchases

The App uses Apple’s in-app purchase system to process payments. Apple may collect and process data as described in Apple’s own privacy policies. We do not control how Apple handles payment data. For more information, please refer to Apple’s privacy documentation.

4.2. RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, entitlements, and subscription status. RevenueCat receives anonymous identifiers and purchase-related information as described above. RevenueCat acts as a processor that helps us:

• Verify purchases made via Apple.
• Determine whether you have access to premium features.
• Restore purchases across devices using the same App Store account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers for targeted advertising.

We may share limited data with:

• Service providers such as RevenueCat, solely to operate the App’s purchase and subscription functionality.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your data may include:

• Performance of a contract: to provide you access to the App and your purchases.
