These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Deep Search: Relationships (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), except where these Terms provide additional terms for our service. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
The App provides AI-assisted insight into conversation screenshots you choose to upload. You select chat screenshots, optionally add context, and receive a structured report about communication patterns, mixed signals, tone, and related observations.
The App is not a cheating detector. It does not prove that anyone lied, cheated, manipulated, or has a medical or psychological condition. It is not legal, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment.
Reports are generated by an AI language model (currently OpenAI) from the screenshots and optional text you submit. AI output can be incomplete, biased, or wrong. Treat it as a reading of the visible messages, not as a verdict about a person.
The App is intended for users 17 years of age or older. You must also be old enough to use the App Store in your country and to agree to these Terms. Do not use the App if you are not legally allowed to submit the content you upload. Do not upload screenshots of children.
You are responsible for the screenshots and any extra context you submit. You confirm that:
Do not upload screenshots of children or of private conversations you are not a party to, unless you have a lawful right to do so.
By submitting content for analysis, you grant us a limited permission to transmit that content to our servers and to OpenAI only to generate your report for that request. We do not claim ownership of your screenshots.
Analysis happens only after you agree on the in-app consent screen. That screen names OpenAI, lists what is sent, and requires a checkbox plus Agree and continue. That is your permission that selected screenshots, optional context, relationship type, and message-side settings may be sent to OpenAI. If you tap Not now, nothing is sent; the App will ask again before analysis.
You may revoke AI data sharing in Profile → AI Data Sharing. After revoke, a new analysis will ask for consent again. We also apply usage and anti-abuse limits so the AI cannot be flooded with unrelated images.
DeepSearch does not keep raw screenshots, chat text, or the full report on our servers after processing. The report is returned to your iPhone and stored there. We disable OpenAI Responses API storage; OpenAI may still retain API inputs for a limited time (typically up to 30 days) under OpenAI’s own policies. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Premium access to AI Deep Search: Relationships is sold as auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is processed by Apple, not by us. Prices, currency, and any introductory offer are displayed in the App and on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before you buy, and may vary by App Store region. We do not set a single worldwide price in these Terms.
While Premium is active, the App is intended to provide:
Free use (without Premium) includes one successful analysis per device with up to 3 screenshots, subject to fair-use / attempt limits. A successful report counts toward the free or daily quota. An unreadable image or “no conversation found” result is not counted as a successful analysis, but it may still count toward anti-abuse attempt limits.
Restore Purchases is available in the App (Profile and the paywall). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under App Store rules. We cannot refund Apple charges ourselves.

You agree not to:
We may refuse or rate-limit requests that appear abusive or that violate these Terms.
The App, branding, and original materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights in the screenshots you upload. You may keep and share reports you generate for personal use, but you may not scrape, resell, or copy the App itself.
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that reports will be accurate, complete, available at all times, or suitable for any particular decision. AI providers, networks, and Apple services may be unavailable. You use AI output at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on an AI report (including relationship decisions). Our total liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
You may delete your DeepSearch account at any time in the App: Profile → Delete Account. That permanently erases your DeepSearch profile, usage data, analysis metadata, analytics tied to you, and reports stored on this iPhone. The App then returns you to onboarding with a new anonymous ID. A new server profile is created only if you continue using the App. The one-time free analysis is per device (via Apple DeviceCheck) and is not restored by deleting the account.
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases remains available if you want Premium on a later profile.
You may also stop using the App by deleting it. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
