Welcome to Learn Swift & Build Apps (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
The App is designed so that your learning progress and preferences are stored locally on your device where possible (for example, lesson completion and quiz progress). We do not require you to create an account or provide your name or email to use the core features of the App.
We may collect limited technical and usage information to operate and improve the App, such as:
If you allow notifications, the App may send reminders related to learning (for example, daily practice). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device Settings.
The App offers a premium subscription ("Plus") that unlocks additional content. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Premium access includes: Unlock all lessons, quizzes & boss battles (full catalog as described in the App). Exact features may evolve; the in-app paywall and App Store product pages describe the current offering.
Subscription status and purchase validation may be managed through RevenueCat, which uses anonymous identifiers and may use device-related signals for fraud prevention and to restore purchases.
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by our service providers and to follow industry-standard practices. Because much of your learning data stays on your device, exposure is limited compared to cloud-account apps.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the App (for example, RevenueCat for subscriptions). Those providers are bound by contractual obligations appropriate to their role.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data, or to object to some processing. Because the App minimizes collection, many requests may not apply. For subscription issues, you can manage or cancel through your Apple ID account settings and restore purchases inside the App where available.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
If you use the App outside your home country, information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, consistent with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase-related and technical data needed to provide its service (including analytics and fraud prevention as described in its documentation).
Apple’s processing of payments is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
