This Privacy Policy describes how Sobix (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Sobix mobile application and any related services.

Sobix is a sobriety and self-improvement tracker with gamified features such as milestones, quizzes, fragments (in-app virtual currency), avatars, and premium content. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

All recurring subscriptions (such as Sobix Plus Weekly or Annual) can be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID account settings. You can cancel at any time; after cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Sobix is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use Sobix or send us any personal information.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
