Welcome to Relax Eyes: Eye Care (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The App provides gentle eye-relaxation and eye-exercise guidance intended for general wellness. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have vision problems or any medical condition, consult a qualified eye-care professional before using the App.
You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any discomfort, issues, or injuries that may result from using the App.
The App offers optional premium features via a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase:

Payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchase. We do not collect or store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
All content, designs, artwork, and code within the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
