By downloading, accessing, or using LearnSide ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LearnSide is provided for personal English learning and practice. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the app, access accounts or data without authorization, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You should provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
The free plan may include a limited number of words in your library and access to selected learning features. Premium unlocks additional features, which may include unlimited words, Mixed Practice, and premium practice modes. The exact features available may change as we improve the app.
LearnSide offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Prices, trial availability, billing period, and renewal details are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms and policies. We do not process payment card details directly.
If you previously purchased Premium, you can use the "Restore" or "Restore Purchases" option in the app to restore eligible purchases on the same Apple ID.
The app provides learning content, exercises, translations, and practice tools. We try to make the content useful, but we do not guarantee that every translation, example, or exercise will be error-free or suitable for every user.
You may delete your account in the app. Deleting your app account removes your account and learning data from our service, but it does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription through your Apple ID settings.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for the app, other users, or our systems.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
