Welcome to EatNext: Meal Planner AI (the “App”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

1) Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location.

Data you enter inside the App (for example, mood, hunger level, time to cook, healthiness/budget preferences, and generated suggestions) is primarily stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes this local data.

To generate meal suggestions, the App sends your prompt context (your answers to the short quiz) to our AI provider Google Generative Language API to process your request and return a response. We do not build a server-side profile of you.

2) Third-Party Services We Use

• Google Generative Language API (Gemini). We send the necessary prompt text (your quiz answers and instruction) to generate a meal suggestion. Google may process and retain logs according to its policies. Learn more at Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple In-App Purchase. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment information.
• RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements (e.g., to unlock premium features). RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase events, product identifiers, and device-level identifiers strictly to operate purchases and prevent fraud. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

3) Push Notifications

The App does not use push notifications.

4) Purchases and Subscription

The App offers a single subscription:

• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 USD / month — unlocks unlimited AI meals & full history access.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5) How We Use Data

• To generate meal suggestions via the AI provider (processing your prompts).
• To validate purchases and determine access to premium features (via RevenueCat/Apple).
• To improve stability: we may receive aggregated or anonymized diagnostics/crash logs if you opt in through Apple.

6) Data Security

We follow industry-standard practices to help protect data. Because most user inputs and history are stored locally on your device and premium status is managed through Apple/RevenueCat, privacy risks are minimized. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data is shared only with the third-party services listed above to operate core functionality (AI responses and in-app purchases).

8) Your Choices and Controls

• Delete local data: You can remove the App to delete locally stored preferences and history.
• Manage subscription: You can view, change, or cancel in your Apple ID settings.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
