By downloading or using Syynk: Breathe & Balance (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

The App provides breathing sessions and wellness tools designed to support relaxation, rhythm, and routine building.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Premium Features

Premium may unlock access to additional content and features such as:

Ready sessions / presets
All audio content
Full statistics and progress insights
Additional avatars and customization

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

Weekly: $4.99/week (includes 3-day free trial, if available).
Annual: $39.99/year.

Prices may vary by region and may change. Any price changes follow Apple’s rules and notice requirements.

4. Free Trial & Auto-Renewal

If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Managing / Canceling Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings:

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Or via the App Store subscription management screen

6. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore access using the Restore Purchases option in the App.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Apple

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment details. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.

8. Local Notifications

The App may schedule local notifications to remind you about sessions and routines. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to bypass purchase checks, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Apple Standard EULA

If you are using the App via Apple’s App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom EULA is provided. In case of conflict, Apple’s EULA requirements apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
