Quick summary: We don’t require account registration. The app may use local (on-device) notifications if you enable them. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and Firebase Analytics to understand app performance. Anonymous authentication may be used to support basic app functionality without collecting your personal identity.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to provide subscriptions, measure app performance, and maintain app functionality.

Purchases and subscription status (e.g., active entitlement, what package was purchased, trial/renewal status).
Anonymous identifiers used by RevenueCat to associate purchases with your device/app user (not an advertising profile).
Analytics events and technical data (e.g., app interactions, device/app version, crash/performance signals) collected via Firebase Analytics.
Anonymous app user ID created by Firebase Anonymous Authentication (not your email; no password; no profile required).
Country/region (used by providers to determine offering availability and pricing context).

Apple (App Store) also processes purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.

Local Notifications

The app may schedule local notifications (delivered on your device) to remind you about breathing sessions and routines.

Notifications are optional and require your permission.
These are not remote push notifications sent from our servers.
You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.

How We Use Information

To provide and verify access to premium features (sessions, audio, full stats, avatars, and other premium content).
To restore purchases and keep your subscription status synced across app launches.
To understand app performance and improve stability, UX, and features (via analytics).
To prevent fraud and maintain service reliability.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase verification.
Firebase Analytics — app analytics and performance insights.
Firebase Anonymous Authentication — provides an anonymous app user identity without requiring registration.

These services may process technical identifiers and usage data required to operate and improve the app.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate subscriptions and analytics (RevenueCat, Firebase) and with Apple for purchases. We do not sell personal information and do not share data for targeted advertising.

Data Retention

We retain subscription-related and analytics information only as long as necessary to provide functionality, improve the app, and fulfill legal or accounting obligations. RevenueCat, Firebase, and Apple may retain data according to their policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your Choices

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
You can restore purchases inside the app (Restore Purchases).
You can enable/disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
You can request deletion of your app data (see “Data Deletion” below).

Data Deletion

The app may create an anonymous user ID (Firebase Anonymous Authentication). You can request deletion of associated app data:

Use the Delete Account / Delete Data option inside the app (if available), or
Contact us at ilushazs@icloud.com with your request and any helpful details (e.g., approximate date of install or screenshots of your in-app settings page).

Some purchase records may be retained by Apple and/or RevenueCat for compliance and accounting purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated at the top of this page.
