These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of 300 Push Workout & Squats (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App offers auto-renewing in-app subscriptions (USD pricing for reference; prices vary by region):
Subscriptions unlock: full stats, Squats, and the ability to share your progress (export posters).
Billing & Renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage / Cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial. If offered, the 3-day free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not handle refunds or payment disputes. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests pursuant to Apple’s policies.
Price Changes. We may change subscription prices to the extent permitted by Apple. If required, you will be notified and given a choice to accept the new price or cancel.
Restore Purchases. You can restore your subscription on the same Apple ID using the “Restore Purchases” option within the App.
The App provides fitness tracking and motivational content only. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have been inactive.
Stop using the App and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; (c) circumvent security or access controls; (d) use the App in violation of applicable laws or Apple policies; or (e) use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
The App, including all software, content, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us and licensed to you. The App may include third-party components subject to their own licenses.
The App uses third-party services solely to operate features such as purchases and notifications, including:
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not use these services for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App processes and how it is handled.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or where required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless required by Apple or applicable law.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be made available in the App or on our website. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age where you can provide consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
