Welcome to 300 Push Workout & Squats (the “App”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number). Data you enter (e.g., exercise counts, streaks, preferences, and settings) is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

We may collect anonymized technical data for app reliability and purchase management, such as:

• App version and device model
• Basic usage data (e.g., which features are used)
• Purchase events (managed via RevenueCat)
• Push notification delivery data

Photos / Files: When you choose to export or save a progress poster, the image or PDF is generated on-device and saved to your device’s Photos or Files only with your action. We do not receive these files.

2. Notifications (Local & Push)

The App may send you notifications to remind you about daily workouts, streaks, milestones, or important updates. Notifications can be:

• Local notifications — scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.

You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

3. Purchases and Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (pricing shown in USD; prices vary by region):

• Weekly: $6.99/week with a 3-day free trial (where available)
• Annual (yearly): $24.99/year (no trial)

Subscriptions unlock: full stats, Squats, and the ability to share your progress (export posters).

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Purchase status is managed via RevenueCat, a third-party service that uses anonymous User IDs and may use device identifiers for fraud prevention and purchase validation purposes.

4. Data Security

We follow industry-standard practices to help protect data integrity and security. Because your workout data is stored locally and we do not collect personal data, privacy risks are minimized.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Anonymized purchase-related and usage events may be shared with RevenueCat strictly to operate and support in-app purchases.

6. Your Rights

You can manage or restore purchases at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years old and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
